There are a number of reasons why you may need a covert surveillance system. This could be for a legal case involving domestic violence. It could be that you suspect that someone is invading your property. These are the types of systems you need to collect evidence without the deterrent of overt cameras.
A covert surveillance system gives you all the benefits & security that come with a more standardised camera system, just without the deterrent effect. In some cases, where there may be active criminal behaviour occurring, this may be your way out of the situation.
The most common use of covert systems is to capture evidence of abuse or domestic violence within the home. In these circumstances, usually there is a very manipulative & controlling party that will always seem & act perfectly innocent in public, but is a monster behind closed doors. In appropriate circumstances, we can set you up with very convincing devices such that you can capture necessary evidence in pursuit of legal protection & justice.
In cybercrime cases, it is not uncommon to suspect an element of property invasion as being a contributing factor. In a lot of cases with possibility of a personalised or targeted attack, it is often plausible to believe that the attacker is not working from a remote location, but may have been able to install a device in your home or network to actively attack or monitor you.
We can address existing concerns with a home audit. But the future concerns of repetition of activity may lead you to want to capture the criminal in the act. If we do pursue a full visible surveillance system, this may deter the criminal & you may never get evidence. But if you utilise a covert surveillance system, you could have clear high quality evidence & the criminal would be none the wiser.
Notably, your home is a private place & the nature of material captured could be of personal concern to you. In order to put your mind at ease, we want to assure you that the systems used are considered to be offline systems. This means they have no networking capability, no reporting capability or backup. They simple complete real time capture onto a locally installed storage device or SD card.
With this setup you are responsible for management of the recorded material & nothing present on the device can ever be accessed or shared without you personally sharing the material yourself.
Phishing is the process in which a false entity, scammer or hacker attempts to fraudulently represent a legitimate person or company for the purpose of getting you to participate in their scam or cyber attack.
You may very well have a virus. It is important that if you unsure about the types of pop ups, do not interact with them! Contact one of our professionals or come in for an evaluation. Always better to be safe than sorry.
